Currently, S.R.Smith is fully operational at all of our manufacturing sites (Oregon, Tennessee and Arizona). Our customer support team remains available during our normal business hours (6:30 a.m. – 5:00 PT / 9:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET) Monday – Friday. We recommend contacting customer support by email at email@example.com rather than calling since wait times may be extended.
We will continue to monitor events as they unfold and will follow the recommendations of national, as well as, local health officials. In the event there are changes to our manufacturing or shipping capabilities, we will notify customers immediately.
